Ocean Reef Cottages right off Hwy 35 with easy access to Port Aransas and Rockport beaches and ammenities!

Very user-friendly community. Parking is private at the home (no street parking) and can easily walk to the pool, or park right there as well. The neighborhood is safe and walkable and a lovely place to enjoy a morning stroll!

Shops, restaurants, and other attractions are within reach with this home’s convenient location, directly between the Aransas Pass Ferry to Port Aransas, and Rockport beach and park and marina. Step out and explore this beautiful city whether you’re going to Rockport Beach, Memorial Park, Tule Creek Hike and Bike Trail, or Goose Island State Park, they are all just mere minutes away. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible (coastal mosquitos after it rains!).
