Guests will have access to the full home and yard. The garage and a closet in the entry area of the home will be locked for the owners personal items.

Very private and tucked away property located just off of Rattlesnake Point road. 4 miles from Rockport Public Beach. 22 miles from Port Aransas Beach.

Tons of space for parking vehicles and a boat if needed. Very private and hidden from the main road. Guests do not have access to the garage.

Guests have full access to the full house except for one locked owners closet. Guests do not have access to the garage.
