Solara at Masseria Morongo, a deeply personal project set on five acres between Joshua Tree and Palm Springs. Born from a lifelong dream to create spaces that are soulful, grounding, and designed for intentional living, this light-filled home was made for golden-hour meals, open-air rituals, and sweeping desert views.

The home itself is a newly built 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat, designed with sustainability and efficiency at its core. Built to blend seamlessly into the desert, it offers both comfort and consciousness, inviting you to slow down and truly arrive.

Each of the three bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom, creating private sanctuaries for rest and retreat. The primary suite features a spa-like bathroom with modern finishes, while the guest suites are designed with the same thoughtful details, comfortable beds, soft linens, and calming desert tones.

Outdoor Living:

The outdoor spaces are where Masseria Solara truly shines. A saltwater spool, part spa, part pool, offers the perfect spot to cool off during the day or soak under the stars at night. A built-in BBQ and dining area set the stage for outdoor meals surrounded by open desert views. Multiple seating areas invite you to relax, read, or gather as the light shifts across the landscape.

Looking for more space? Solara has a sister property, Sylvestre, on the same grounds. Booked together, the two create a six-bedroom retreat perfect for larger groups and gatherings.

Guests have private access to the home.

We are available 24/7 for our guests.

Pet Friendly: Two well-behaved dogs allowed ($125 fee). No pups on furniture and no pups left alone in the house or yard.

Roads: The last short stretch is dirt/sand with small rocks, accessible for most cars.

No TV - intentionally designed for rest and reconnection.

Wildlife:

You may spot rabbits, roadrunners, lizards, coyotes, and other desert creatures. The desert is peaceful but alive with nature. Keep doors closed and food sealed, and enjoy the quiet beauty of this landscape.
