• Early check-in: Available as a half-day add-on (when schedule allows)
• Late check-out: Add a half-day for convenience if your flight leaves late (schedule permitting)
• Bookings: Must be made by the guest staying, no third-party reservations

House Rules
• Quiet neighborhood: no parties or events (noise monitors in place)
• Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM
• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests, all must be listed on the reservation
• No pets, smoking, or vaping
• Note: there is a ring doorbell with camera at the entrance
• A $400 security deposit is collected before check-in through our Airbnb approved secure system. This is fully refundable and will be automatically returned to your payment method 2 days after checkout, assuming no damages occur during your stay.

Our guests have private access to the entire house and beautiful pool deck.

Please note that access to the fourth bedroom is at the side of the house through a separate entrance. This king suite even has a kitchen and private ensuite and kitchen!

We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their vacation. We will not be present during your stay but are always available and responsive via the app or phone if you have any questions or need assistance.

Centrally located near grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and Historic Redland Tropical Trail. Just 40 minutes away from The Keys, and 18 minutes to Everglades National Park and 16 minutes to Biscayne National Park. The Homestead-Miami Speedway is a short 20 minutes away. Close to annual Rodeo and Schnebly Readland Winery and tons more attractions.

The best way to get around will be with a vehicle.
