This is an absolute gem for any family or group desiring a longer term (30+ day stay), in a gated, luxurious setting amongst the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains of the World Famous, Vail Valley. Please reach out to book for one month or the entire season.

Primary Suite (main floor): This suite offers a high-end King sized bed, ensuite bathroom and large closet.

Junior Suite: This junior suite is on the garden level with a King bed and an en suite bathroom.

Second Junior Suite: This additional suite is on the garden level with an en suite bathroom and King bed.

Fourth Bedroom: This bedroom is perfect for kids, for sharing or push the two twins together. The full bathroom is just steps away in the hallway.

The World Class Ski Resorts of Vail and Beaver Creek are just a quick 20-30 drive from this mountain home.

The entire mountain home is yours to enjoy in privacy, including the deck, private hot tub, outdoor areas, two-car attached garage, and large front driveway. Self check-in is available via lockbox.

✺ Cordillera is a 30 day minimum booking area, and gated community with access controlled through two gatehouse facilities, one at the entrance to the Divide and one at the entrance to the Ranch. Upon booking, we will provide entry details and passes.

We allow guests full self-check in, which means we are not on site, but have crews and housekeeping available for all your needs. Once you have booked, we will also ensure that you have our direct cell number.

There is also the Beautiful David Peltz 10-hole Short Course (as it has only par 3's and is perfect for honing your short game or playing a nice round with the family). The Short Course is included with your home ownership dues for the area.


Timberhearth Restaurant at Cordillera Ranch

Not only does the entire area of Cordillera enjoy diverse amenities year round, the amenities closest to this home in the Cordillera Ranch mean that you don't even need to leave the area to enjoy, golfing, casual or fine dining, a great workout, or a day at the pool. With casual and gourmet restaurants for both homeowners and Vail Valley visitors to enjoy.

✔ The Trailhead Clubhouse & Pool Complex is walking distance from this property and the place to be during summertime in Cordillera. This family-friendly facility includes tremendous amenities such as saltwater pools with supplemental ozone purification (main pool with slide, kids’ pool and spa), playground, locker rooms, showers and more. Lifeguards are on duty during hours of operation. The Trailhead is open late May to mid-September weather depending and is available to Property Owners/Residents, family and their resident guests.

The Athletic Center at Cordillera

The Trailhead offers extended pool hours to get the most out of the beautiful Colorado summer days. Cordillera Day Camp, also known as "Cordy Camp," is held at the Trailhead Clubhouse & Pool Complex every summer and is perfect for kids and grandkids.

The Athletic Center at Cordillera provides a wealth of fitness and recreational opportunities as well as incredible views of the Gore Range. In the cardio room, users will find treadmills, elliptical machines, stair machines and stationary bikes all equipped with personal viewing stations. The weight room offers a wide range of strength training equipment. A separate multi-purpose fitness room is the site of many class offerings. Other amenities at ACC include a salt water pool and spa (with supplemental ozone purification), two outdoor tennis courts, two pickleball courts, comfortable locker rooms, showers and steam rooms. The athletic center is open year round to Cordillera property owners/residents and their families and guests.

Access to the Athletic Center at Cordillera & short course is $300 per month.
The HOA and Cordillera community has rules and regulations set in place, that all home owners and guests, including medium-term rentals as this one, must adhere to. There are ample opportunities in the immediate area and neighborhood, including sports like hiking, biking, mountain biking, horseback riding, golf, tennis, swimming, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and more!!

Some of the rules include:
1) Driving entry access through the private HOA gates, requires guests and their vehicles(s) to be pre-registered for admittance, with guest vehicle passes. After booking, please contact us for the details.

2) Any dogs/pets must follow leash laws, pet-waste pick up, and be attended and supervised at all times on and off the home property and adjacent areas.

3) Quiet hours: 10:00pm - 8:00am. The neighborhood is family friendly and has many, life-time and long-term residents. The quiet hours must be adhered to, including out on the deck, yards, and hot tub, etc. Turn outdoor porch lights off after 10pm for beautiful dark skies neighborhood preservation.

4) Trash - Wild Animals: The area is in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, and thus, all trash must be kept inside the closed home and garage at all times, other than 7am-7pm on specific trash pickup (Tuesday) days. The area has bear, mountain lion, bobcat, elk, moose, deer, racoon, fox, snowshoe hare, rodents, owls, hawks, eagles, and other fauna.
