Guests will have private access to the entire house and yard. Your stay includes:

* Use of the in-unit laundry space. We provide complimentary laundry detergent for your convenience.

Walking is the best way to get around downtown Royal Oak. We are just under a mile to the heart of downtown, 11 mile and Main Street. This is 19 minute walk according to google maps, with plenty of shopping, bars, and nightlife along the way.

Uber and Lyft drivers are widely available.

Easy freeway access to get to downtown Detroit and other surrounding communities.

Street and lot parking are available in the city if you choose to drive (some have meters so bring some change).

* Pet Policy: We are happy to welcome your furry friends! A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added to your reservation. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
* Dining Area: Please note that there is no formal dining room. Meals can be enjoyed at the kitchen's countertop bar area, which has stool seating.

* Small fenced-in back yard area perfect for pets. There is an additional $100 fee that will be added to your stay if you are bringing a pet. You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog’s mess both inside and out.
