Located only a short 500m stroll to the Tootgarook Foreshore and the local favourite ‘The Kitchen’, this charming home puts you right between Rye Village and Rosebud Plaza, giving you easy access to cafes, shops and everything you need for a laid-back getaway.

Step inside and you’ll find a beautifully maintained three-bedroom home plus study, featuring a retro kitchen and bathroom kept in original condition, along with classic flooring and light fittings that give the home a warm, nostalgic feel. It’s clean, comfortable and full of character, with plenty of space for families or small groups to unwind.

Outside is where this home really shines. The fully fenced yard makes it ideal for families, with space for kids to play and enjoy the fresh coastal air. Fire up the BBQ, relax around the fire pit, or challenge each other to a game of table tennis set up in the carport. There’s also play equipment to keep the little ones entertained.

Inside, you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. There are two smart TVs, WiFi, games and books to keep everyone entertained, plus children’s toys and books for the younger guests.

Comfort is covered with blackout blinds, a separate toilet, and a full laundry with washing machine and dryer, making it easy for longer stays.

With parking available on site and a relaxed coastal vibe throughout, Sandy Shores is the perfect base for beach days, exploring the Peninsula, or simply slowing down and enjoying time away.

All linen and towels are provided for your stay. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Therefore, unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the house quickly. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay, and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.
