This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat is the ideal holiday escape for families, offering plenty of room to spread out and relax.

Tea Tree Breeze is set over two levels. The upper floor features an open-plan living, kitchen, dining area, three comfortable bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Step outside to enjoy two alfresco entertaining areas, complete with a TV, outdoor dining setting, BBQ, and heater—perfect for gathering with loved ones.

On the lower level, you'll find a separate, self-contained studio with the fourth bedroom (featuring a tri-bunk bed), a bathroom, kitchenette, and TV. Please note that this studio is accessed via the carport/driveway and has no internal access to the main house.

The living room's wood fireplace provides a cozy retreat during the cooler months, while the outdoor heated spa on the deck offers the perfect place to unwind year-round.

While the garage is not available for guest use, there is ample parking space in the large circular driveway for both your car and boat.

The house is on a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

This home sleeps 9 guests across 4 bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen Bed (sleeps 2) - upstairs
Bedroom 2: 1x Queen Bed (sleeps 2) - upstairs
Bedroom 3: 2x Single Beds (sleeps 2) - upstairs
Studio / Bedroom 4: 1x Tri Bunk Bed (Double bottom / single top) (sleeps 4) - downstairs. There is no internal access to this area. It is located near the carport/driveway area.

Included in the home are doonas, doona covers, and pillows.

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels—Guests bring their own fitted sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases for each bed. They also bring their beach, bath, and tea towels, along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $30 per bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including one bath towel and two tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, including a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.
