Very cozy, two story, furnished country cottage with three bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, sitting room and 2 separate full bathrooms. High-speed internet. Enclosed three season veranda; towels and bedding provided. Wood stove in livingroom, Smart TV for streaming entertainment. Washer and dryer on premises. AC on each floor; fans in all bedrooms. Ideal for up to three couples; there is an extra single fold down couch in one of the bedrooms for single person or child. Prior arrangements need to be made with host for groups over 6 as there is an additional charge of $20.00 per guest over 6. Back deck with seasonal grill; outdoor landscaped dining area. Well-behaved pets are welcome. Dog crates are available.

Guests are welcome to explore and enjoy Raspberry Ridge's approximately 18 acres of fields, woodland, gardens, and marked walking trails. One of the special parts of staying here is the opportunity to experience the property's natural beauty and working farm setting.

Please note that Raspberry Ridge is an active farm property. Trail conditions, gardens, fields, and wooded areas may vary throughout the year due to weather, seasonal farming activities, fallen trees, mud, wildlife, or ongoing property projects. While we do our best to keep paths accessible, some areas may occasionally be closed, rerouted, or unavailable during your stay.

These outdoor spaces are offered as a complimentary amenity for guests to enjoy and may not be maintained or restored on a daily basis. We encourage guests to use caution when exploring and to respect any posted signs or restricted areas.

We are available throughout your stay via Airbnb messaging and are happy to help with anything you need. While the property owner lives in a neighboring home on the Raspberry Ridge property and may occasionally be seen around the grounds, we kindly ask that all guest communication be directed through Airbnb so we can provide the quickest response and best possible service.

Entire cottage located on a hilltop, largely wooded property, quiet 18 acres with easy access to Hudson, Great Barrington and Albany. Access on paved road and with private paved driveway. Landscaped property with private outdoor spaces surrounded by fields and woodland. We keep chickens. Excellent opportunities nearby for outdoor activities - hiking, bicycling, skiing, horseback riding. Hudson and Great Barrington have many great restaurants, cafes, boutiques and galleries. Classic Chief Martindale Diner is walking distance from house.

No public transportation is available other than Amtrak in Hudson. Uber and taxis are available in Hudson but must be booked in advance. Private car is a necessity - in winter it is essential to have a car that can handle winter driving conditions. Martindale Diner is within short walking distance for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

- We have a chicken coop and fresh eggs are available for purchase.
- This is very much a rural country house on an 18 acre estate - it is surrounded by woodland and fields; landscaped grounds. We live in the house next door and are available to assist however, we respect your total privacy.
- Internet/wifi are excellent, reliable and high-speed. Smart TV for streaming entertainment as well as an extensive DVD collection.
- Wildlife is prevalent on the property.
- Water is from deep spring-fed well. Please do not bring bottled water or plastic/paper plates and utensils. Kitchen is very well stocked with ample dinnerware, utensils, pots and pans. Additional appliances include toaster, air-fryer, micro-wave, blender, coffee-maker (regular and French Press) and dishwasher.

- In the winter please pay attention to the weather - heavy snowstorms can impact access; your car must be equipped to handle winter driving conditions. If your vehicle gets stuck we will call a local tow service. Our elevation can also affect temperature swings between day and night.
- This is a house in the country - the occasional bugs or mouse can be expected. No refunds will be issued. We have regular monthly pest control services.
- If anything is not up to your standards please let us know so we can attend to your concerns between 6:00AM and 9:00PM.
- On rare occasions storms or other natural events may affect electricity or other utilities. These are beyond our control and no refunds will be issued in case of service disruptions.
