Welcome to this beautifully presented three-bedroom holiday home, thoughtfully designed for a relaxed and memorable getaway. Nestled in a peaceful residential street in the heart of Cowes, this sun filled retreat is just a short stroll to the beach, making it the perfect base for families or small groups looking to enjoy all that Phillip Island has to offer.

Step inside and feel instantly at home. The property features three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a private ensuite off the master bedroom, perfect for added convenience and privacy.

The open plan living area is light, airy, and ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. A cosy lounge area invites you to relax, while the adjoining dining space and fully equipped kitchen make cooking and mealtimes a breeze. Whether you're whipping up a family breakfast or sharing a relaxed dinner, everything you need is at your fingertips.

Outside, a spacious courtyard with a BBQ and outdoor seating area offers the ideal spot for alfresco dining or evening drinks. The large, fully fenced backyard provides a safe space for kids to play or simply to soak up the fresh coastal air.

With its peaceful location, comfortable amenities, and welcoming feel, this home is the ideal coastal escape for families seeking a quiet and enjoyable holiday.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

We ask all guests please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions.
