The Space
This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath beach house is perfect for families, couples, or a small group of friends. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom for added privacy. The open-concept living area features Smart TVs, comfortable seating, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials (drip coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, etc.).
Step outside into the dreamy backyard, where you can rinse off in the outdoor shower, enjoy dinner on the patio, or gather around the fire pit for s’mores under the stars.

Most beautiful area of St Augustine Beach steps from best part of beach (non-driving). Lots of restaurants , bars and ice cream shops within short walking distance of house. 10 minute drive to Downtown historic St Augustine. 5 minute drive to Ampitheater, Alligator farm, famer's market.
Can walk to many restaurants and shops. Have parking for 2 cars at the house.
One Dog is allowed under 20 pounds. Mandatory $100 non-refundable fee. Please make sure to let me know if you are traveling with a pet.
We have a firepit, but don't supply the wood. You can get some at Publix on A1A just south of the house
