We’re just 10 minutes or less from both Historic Downtown and the Beach, making this the perfect home base for exploring St. Augustine! 🚗

– Free on-site parking - no designated spots - plenty of spaces
– Rideshare services like Uber & Lyft are readily available
– Downtown offers free parking lots & paid street parking, but these can be difficult to get when busy, so I personally like to Uber
– Scooters, bikes, and golf cart rentals are a fun way to explore the area
- Don't miss the horse carriage rides or the free trolley downtown
– All the major attractions, restaurants, and shops are within a very short drive

These items are beyond our personal control. The building resolves issues per protocol via maintenance requests and are handled in the order they are received. We will work to help resolve any issue to the best of our ability, but ask for your understanding.
