This lovely property features 3 Bedrooms in the main home, with 1.5 bathrooms, as well as a rear two story unit. The upper apartment has a full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The lower apartment has a king sized bed in an open floor plan with a full bathroom for your enjoyment. There is a small fridge, microwave and coffee pot available.
Large screen TV's in almost every room of the property will serve all of your TV watching needs. All TV's are smart and streaming cable along with local cable TV.

You will have access to all areas of the home including expansive parking up to 8 vehicles. Also huge side yard with plenty of room to play outdoor games.

**Guest Registration**:
You must register all guests. There is a charge of $15.00 per night per guest over two. If the correct number of guests is entered during booking, your rate will be adjusted accordingly. 🏷️ By having extra guest fees after two, we are able to keep the base rates lower.

**Pet policy**:

Excessive barking: 🐶 We kindly ask that you manage your dog’s barking. If there are any complaints, we may need to ask you to board your dog or find alternative arrangements.
