The Coastal Condo is a family friendly, 4th floor one bedroom, one bath full kitchen unit located in The Marylander Hotel and Condominium in North Ocean City. The unit sleeps up to 6. Bedroom has one queen and one double bed. Living room has a sofa bed with memory foam mattress. Child friendly items include pack and play, portable highchair and games. Also included in the unit: beach toys, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, stackable washer and dryer. Living and dining area offers comfortable seating for six. Enjoy the ocean view from the balcony.
Linens and bath towels are included with rental.
Self check in, keyless entry to building and unit.
Onsite property manager available daily to assist guests. Office hours during the off season (October 1st- May 1st) are 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm daily. Summer office hours are 10:30 am to 6:30 pm daily.

Pets allowed in the off season months only, October through April. Pets must first be approved by host, small breeds only. Guest are required to review and sign the pet agreement form required by the Marylander.
