• Bedroom 2 (Loft): Large open loft with a queen bed, cozy couch, and en-suite bathroom.

• Kitchen: Fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, and everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home.
• Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms for your convenience.
• Entertainment: TV in downstairs room and TV in living room, both with Amazon fire sticks.
• Building: Third-floor walk-up (no elevator).
Centrally located just a short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, and transportation. Perfect for beach getaways, remote workers, or family trips!
Guest can use all rooms inside the kitchen, bathrooms, patio, and downstairs. There’s a communal condo barbecue outside that can be used.
You’ll let yourself in with a key code so no interaction unless specified.
Please note, this is a third floor walk-up. The condo association has quiet hours from 10pm - 9am - no parties.
