On the ground floor, you will find one bedroom with an ensuite, a separate spacious living area with a TV and a kitchenette with a fridge.

The light-filled, open-plan kitchen, two living areas and dining room are upstairs. This tranquil open-plan space is the home hub and is well-equipped with all your needs.

These two levels make the home perfect for two families wanting to holiday together.

Summer by the Sea also has three other bedrooms upstairs. Two have queen-sized beds, and the other room with bunks, making it perfect for the kids. Please note that one of the upstairs bedrooms will be locked and not accessible to guests.

Relax and unwind with a glass of wine in the main living room by the indoor wood fireplace.

Why not step onto the lovely balcony / outdoor deck area and enjoy the beautiful sunset and views whilst cooking a BBQ? This home has it all.

The fully fenced backyard also makes it perfect for children to play in.

Summer by the Sea is a lovely neat home that awaits you - and the convenience. You'll be so close to everything!

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

This home sleeps 11 guests across four bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 – 1x Queen size bed with ensuite - Downstairs
Bedroom 2 – 1x Queen size bed – Upstairs
Bedroom 3 – 1x Queen size bed – Upstairs
Bedroom 4 – 1x Tri bunk (double bottom / single top) and 1x Single bunk bed - Upstairs

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their beach, bath and tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats. Refer to the home's description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $30 per bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including one bath towel and two tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, including a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

Ask management for additional pricing if the stay is longer than seven days.

For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible.

Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ and fireplace after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the house easily. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay, and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions.
