This quintessential retreat is a contemporary home settled on a large block, offering an open-plan living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen area with plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax.

This 4 bedroom home and 1 bathroom offer the perfect family getaway or a small group enjoying some quiet time. Let your kids have a play in their playroom, fully equipped with plenty of toys, books and games to keep them occupied.

Just moments from the beach and a 15-minute walk (or 2-minute drive) to the supermarket, cafes and eateries of Blairgowrie, or get in the car and travel a little to see all that the Peninsula has to offer, from award-winning wineries and restaurants to kid's activities and bush walks. Relax and unwind in comfort with it all at your fingertips.

Guests can benefit from private parking available on site and free Foxtel (including sports), Netflix, Prime & WIFI.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Linen and towels are included in your stay. Lost or damaged linen/towels may incur costs.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
