The entire home is available for you to use. The second garage door in the game room has the cleaners closet and is the only door that is locked.

Our property features self-check-in, so you can arrive at your convenience. While we won't be present at the property, we are readily available if you need assistance before, during, or after your stay.

Fat Point BnB is conveniently located near several airports, including Punta Gorda Airport (PGD), Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers, and Tampa International Airport (TPA).

Uber and Lyft are available in the area, but we recommend renting a vehicle through Turo or a traditional rental car company if you plan to explore the surrounding beaches, parks, and attractions.

One of the best features of this location is that many of downtown Punta Gorda's restaurants, shops, parks, and waterfront attractions are within walking or biking distance of the home.

For your convenience, bicycles are available in the garage for guest use, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy the beautiful waterfront paths and nearby destinations.

Our home boats 2200+SF of space with a game room and hot tub. The private backyard is fenced in for your privacy. We also have a huge living room so you can relax by the electric fireplace or do your work from the dedicated workspace area with desk and chair.
