Guests will have full private access to the entire condo, including the lakefront back porch and upstairs balcony. You'll also enjoy shared access to the private dock directly behind the condo, shared with just one neighboring unit. Guests are welcome to enjoy the lake, fish from the dock, and use the provided kayak, paddleboard, and floats during their stay.

Pointe Landing is conveniently located just minutes from downtown Crossville, Fairfield Glade, shopping, dining, golf, and many of the area's most popular attractions. While ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft may be available, we recommend having a personal vehicle to fully enjoy everything the beautiful Cumberland Plateau has to offer.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly, and we always want to treat our guests fairly while also protecting the availability of our lakefront retreat for future guests.

Your reservation is subject to the cancellation policy displayed on the booking platform at the time your reservation is made. Please review those terms carefully before completing your booking.

Whenever possible, we encourage guests to cancel early so we have the opportunity to reopen those dates for other travelers planning to visit Crossville, Fairfield Glade, Cumberland County Playhouse, and the surrounding lake and golf communities.

If a cancellation occurs outside the applicable refund window, any additional reimbursement will be considered only when permitted by the booking platform and based on whether the reserved dates are successfully rebooked.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for unexpected situations such as illness, severe weather, transportation interruptions, family emergencies, or schedule changes.

Weather & Lake Conditions

While we always hope guests can fully enjoy the lake during their stay, weather, seasonal water levels, fishing conditions, and outdoor recreation opportunities may vary and are outside of our control. Refunds are not provided for weather-related changes, personal schedule adjustments, or changes in recreational conditions.

Lakefront Safety

The property is directly on the water with dock access, and Lake Holiday is only steps from the back door. Guests are welcome to enjoy the lake, dock, kayak, paddleboard, and waterfront areas during their stay.

Because the lake and dock can also be accessed from other areas around the property, please use the waterfront areas responsibly. Children should always be closely supervised near the water, and docks may be slippery when wet.
