Everything is accessible except the garage

We prefer that all communication remain on the booking platform through which you reserved. This helps maintain transparency and keeps everything organized in one place for both of us.

Tucked into a quiet neighborhood with few nearby neighbors, this property offers a peaceful, serene setting surrounded by trees, while still being conveniently close to both Nevada City and Grass Valley.

You will need a car to get around

Key House Rules
•Occupancy: Strictly limited to the number of guests on your booking. No parties or events.
•Quiet Hours: 9 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
•No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking inside. $500 fee for violations.
•Pets: Allowed with prior approval and applicable pet fee. Please confirm what pets you intend to bring before booking, approval is at our discretion.
•Damage/Liability: Guests are responsible for any damages. Use of spa is at your own risk. Guests agree to full liability waiver.
•Spa: Adult supervision required for all users under 18. Strict adherence to posted rules.
Security: Security cameras are present on the exterior for property protection.
•Check-in/Check-out: Check-in 4 PM, Check-out 11 AM.
Hot tub rules and fee
• Guests are required to help keep the hot tub clean
• No food or drinks allowed in the hot tub
• No unsupervised children
• Guests must add one tablespoon of shock immediately after each use
• Hot tub must be covered after every use
• Temperature may not be turned below 101°F
• If the hot tub is left visibly unclean or shock is not used, a $150 drain and refill fee will be deducted from the security deposit

• Released 2 days after checkout, assuming no issues
