• Garage: One garage bay is available for guest use. It fits typical sedans and many SUVs. Very large SUVs, full-size trucks, and long-wheelbase vehicles (e.g. some full-size Expeditions, Suburbans, extended vans) may not fit—plan to use free on-street parking in that case.

• Street parking: Additional free street parking is available around the home; groups with multiple vehicles should expect to use street parking for extra cars.

• Not a large private lot: This is a city neighborhood; parking is garage + street, not a dedicated parking lot for many oversized vehicles at once.

Hassle-Free Parking – In short: garage when it fits your vehicle, otherwise street parking is free and normal for this area.

No glass or smoking near the hot tub. $500 fine for violations.

Hot tub service: Our hot tub technician visits every Monday morning, enters from the backyard only, and does not enter the home.

• Please respect our neighbors, local wildlife, and the peaceful atmosphere.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• Max occupancy: 12 guests (no additional visitors permitted).
• No parties or events of any kind.
• No smoking, vaping, or drug use anywhere on the property.
• Pet-friendly: One well-behaved pet allowed with prior approval.
– Non-refundable pet fee: $75
– Please supervise your pet and clean up after them.
• Owner has a private storage closet in the downstairs half bath — access is not permitted.
