POOL HEATING:

We can heat the private pool for an additional daily fee, as shown below. Please let us know at least 2 days in advance to prep the system for you.

May, Jun, Jul, Aug - $20 a day

Please inquire about the pool's opening and closing dates if seeking to book in early March or early November.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES:

Check-in is at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am. Early check-in is available for $30/hour, and late check-out is also available for $30/hour. Please give us at least 5 days' notice if you're interested in this opportunity.

While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we CANNOT always offer early check-ins or late departures. This allows our cleaning crew ample time to thoroughly clean and sanitize the house before and after your stay.
