Veli Varoš is a traditional Croatian neighbourhood west of the Old Town. The oldest neighbourhood in Split, this district has charming winding streets, well-preserved architecture, and a delightful local ambience.

A little quieter than Old Town, Veli Varoš is where you can enjoy that old Split vibe without the throngs of people.

It has plenty of shops, restaurants, activities, and cultural attractions that are bound to enchant kids and adults of all ages.
