In a quiet area of continental Croatia, up in the hills 15 minutes from the city of Varazdin, you will find a small piece of heaven - Villa IVKA. Villa was built in 2021 and is located in one of the most peaceful parts of continental Croatia.
Rustically modern architecture, glass fronts protruding from the house and a balcony on the second floor of the villa create an extraordinary width with a beautiful view of nature and the view extends all the way to hill Ivanšćica and Kalnik.

About this villa
In a quiet area of continental Croatia, up in the hills 15 minutes from the city of Varazdin, you will find a small piece of heaven - Villa IVKA. Villa was built in 2021 and is located in one of the most peaceful parts of continental Croatia.
Rustically modern architecture, glass fronts protruding from the house and a balcony on the second floor of the villa create an extraordinary width with a beautiful view of nature and the view extends all the way to hill Ivanšćica and Kalnik.
The Villa is located in one of the most peacefull parts of continental Croatia which means that you are in the nature where you have a peace.
As you are in the nature you can see a lot of birds, insects, wasps, bees and depending on the period of the year, stinking martins.
Stinking Martini are harmless bugs that unfortunately emit an unpleasant smell if you kill them, so don't kill them, just vacuum them and throw them out of the house.
With the help of public health, we pollinate the garden several times a year to reduce the number of stink bugs to a minimum, but due to the location of the house, which is located in a forrest area, we are unable to completely remove them.
Since you are on a hill, there are frequent gusts of wind, so always keep the outdoor terrace closed to avoid drafts.
In case of a loosing power in the Villa, there is an electrical cabinet by the road where you only need to press a button for a cca 5 sec and the electricity will appear.
If you want to use a sauna, it takes about 1.5h to heat - after using please turn it off.
If you want to use a jacuzzy, it takes 1h for 2 degrees - after using, please decrease a temperature to 10 degree.
Only one neighbour is near the house. From the other side is my old house which is empty
Right next to the house there is a large meadow of 400m2 which is suitable for playing and recreation.
Parking is right next to the house.
