Loft Bedroom: Climb the stairs to a plush queen bed nestled under skylights, perfect for stargazing as you drift off to sleep.

A dedicated parking spot is provided for one vehicle. During winter, the roads are cleared daily, but please be aware that mountain conditions can change quickly.
Snowy and Rainy Weather Conditions: Please be sure to double check weather prior to arrival and plan accordingly. There are some steep portions of the drive and having AWD or 4WD can sometimes be a must-have if snow or heavy rain is present.
No private river access: There is no private access from the property to the river. The river access points are just a 5-10 minute drive away.
Loft Access: Please note that the queen bed is in a loft that requires climbing a set of stairs. This space is best suited for guests comfortable with stair access.
Hot Tub: To ensure it's always ready for you, please keep the hot tub set above 102 degrees and do not turn it off.
Weather Policy: We do not offer refunds due to weather or wildfire smoke, so please plan accordingly.
Cleaning: Your health and safety are our priority. We use a thorough cleaning and sanitization process after each check-out.
