With two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a flexible loft space, and convenient access to marinas, bike paths, Spring Lake attractions, and neighboring Grand Haven, Grand River Retreat offers a relaxing West Michigan escape for up to four guests in every season.Living SpacesThe open living area places the Grand River views at the center of your stay. Comfortable seating creates an inviting setting for morning conversations, quiet afternoons, and relaxed evenings together, while the double sliding glass doors create a seamless connection between the interior and private waterfront deck. An additional loft provides a flexible space to spread out and may be enjoyed as a den, reading area, workspace, or secondary gathering space. Central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and an in-home washer and dryer add everyday comfort and convenience throughout your visit.Bed & BathGrand River Retreat accommodates up to four guests with two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The spacious primary bedroom is located on the condo’s main living level, providing a comfortable and convenient place to recharge after a day along the lakeshore. The second bedroom is located on the upper level, creating additional separation and privacy families or friends traveling together. Fresh linens and towels are provided, and the in-home washer and dryer make it easy to refresh clothing and swimwear during longer visits.Additional InformationGrand River Retreat is a two-level waterfront condominium occupying the second and third floors of the building. The first floor is not part of the home. Guests must use stairs to reach the condo’s main living level on the second floor and the upper-level bedroom and loft on the third floor.The home includes one legal bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a flexible loft with sleeping area.
