Eastside "Headquarters"

We love our home because she's an old house built in the '30's with great bones & an awesome vibe. Because she's an older house, we get to enjoy the charms that come with a space that has such a rich history. We strive always to make sure she's as tip-top as she can be.

Big beautiful windows provide lots of natural light, but the room can easily be dimmed with the thick blinds.

Beers, water, coffee and tea provided. Plus your own microwave and refrigerator.

*Our home is a bit of a pet sanctuary and although we work very hard to make sure your space if fur-free, if you have severe pet allergies, this may not be the best fit for you.

Welcomed guests have access to: their assigned room; shared guest bathroom (which is right next to your private room).

We ask that you do not access other areas of our home.

We like to give our guests space. You have your own entrance. You have access to the guest bathroom. We
Sometimes have friends over and/or rent out the Studio. During those
Time, the bathroom is shared.

Entrance to your room is through our side yard. We do have 2 dogs that like to lounge outside during the day. If you send us a text, we can always put them inside if you prefer to limit your interaction with them.

Close to E. 12th St. and just minutes from 1-35. About a 5 minute drive to downtown.

We are literally a hop, skip & jump away from bus, taxi & other local ride share access.

Please do not go into the kitchen or front of the house.

We have several fur babies. We do our best to keep them out of your space.

The Pups use the same back entrance to go outside because the backyard’s enclosed.

When you arrive you will likely see a few kitties chilling on the porch. Our two pups love to hang out in the back yard and enjoy making friends with our guests. If you prefer to limit your interaction with them, please let us know and we will do our best to bring them inside for you.

However please note that they are outside often & sometimes we are not always home to bring then inside. So if you’re at all nervous about dogs & plan on staying more than one day, this may not be the most comfortable fit for you.

Our kitties mostly hang out on the porch, front yard and front part of our home. They bring our guest tons of joy. We work very hard to clean our home daily (as I'm actually allergic to pet dander, lol). We try to keep your area free from pet fur and dander and have air purifiers running at all times. However, if you have a several pet allergy, this may not be the best fit. (Please ask about our near by pet-free apartment).

We host other Airbnb guests in our amazing/colorful home. We will occasionally let a friend crash in one of our spare bedrooms.

My wife and I live have rich, full lives and we ask you to note that we will occasionally have guests over. If you are a super light sleeper, we can not guarantee that you will not hear us in our own home.
