Eastside "Surf and Turf" is comprised of 2 units. Although they can be rented separately, this listing is for both sides! Ideal for friends or family traveling together! Each unit has 1 bedroom and one bath with a futon in each living room.
The outdoor space is truly unique! Enjoy lazing in a hammock, cooking on the grill, playing a game of "washer toss", or simply enjoying a cocktail or glass of wine (welcome beverages provided).

About "Surf"-
Eastside Surf got her name because she’s a funky fun little space & we decided to embrace all da funk. She’s the vibrant chiller version of her sister apt Eastside Turf.
Eastside Surf may be modest in size, but charisma abounds. We love nature & being by the water, so decided to spice up the space with accents of cool aqua-charm, island greens & bright orange hues.
The full-sized bed nicely sleeps two. There’s a comfy futon in the living room & it is that which folds out to a large twin. If you want to ramp up the comfort-factor, we provide a topper with additional sleep-ware in the closet.
About "Turf"
Eastside Turf (unlike her sister apt Eastside Surf) is the more reserved side. Maybe not as funky as her sister, but Eastside Turf’s spunky all in her own right. She’s got fun splashes of colour w/deep red hues & contrasting rich greys that make you go “hmm – get on wid your bad-self Eastside Turf”.
Eastside Turf may seem more conservative, but she has character & charm all her own. She’ll suck you in with her seemingly calm colours & then wow you with her pizazz for dashes of warmth.
The queen-sized bed nicely sleeps two. There’s a comfy futon in the living room & it is that which folds out to a size twin. & if you want to ramp up the comfort-factor, we provide a topper with additional sleep-ware in the closet.

We really love this yard! It's fun, funky and chill all at the same time! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
Please keep in mind that the tenants in the back unit, come through the front to access their unit in the back. The back yard is for their use only and they have sweet dogs that we don't want to let out.

We Eastsiders try to "Keep Austin Weird". We encourage you to take a stroll on 12th between Chicon and Comal. There are several awesome pubs. Here are some of our favorites:

13th Floor- nice assortment of Whisky, Rum, and Tequila
Full Circle- Skee Ball!!! Best Tator Tots every
Please don't let the back neighbors dogs out! The back yard belongs to the back tenants. The only way for them to get to their unit is through the front yard. They are very nice, feel free to say hi if you see them.
