The driveway can accommodate 4 cars.

Uber and other rideshare is readily available. There is plenty of parking if you have your own car or rent a car as well.

We have 2023 Tesla Model 3 or 2020 Porsche Panamera for rent as well.

We welcome longer stays and front-line responders! This a great residential area and perfect for longer stays.

This is South Florida so you may see bugs, small lizards, other pests, etc. inside due to the tropical environment. We do have regular pest control, but they can still get inside. Please keep windows and doors closed to help keep them out.

There are no refunds for storms, hurricanes, lost power/leaks due to storms, etc.

Be respectful of the neighbors and quiet hours from 10pm-8am.
