Bedrooms on the east side; an open kitchen, dining, and second living room on the west — built for groups, calm enough for two.

• Double room with two full beds (Jack & Jill bath to the queen)
• Detached bonus room with a single futon, and a home gym
• Tempur-Pedic queen sleeper sofa in the main living room

KITCHEN & DINING
Chef-equipped, stocked for ten — full-size appliances, real cookware, glassware, and a coffee setup that earns its rent. The dining room seats everyone, with the Marilyn wallpaper as the centerpiece.

LIVING
Two living rooms: a smaller, plush front living room you walk straight into, and a rear gathering space with a 65" TV and a deep sectional — the room where the post-dinner conversation actually happens. Powder room and in-home laundry off the kitchen.

OUTDOORS
A mature mango tree shades a six-top outdoor dining table. String lights, lawn games, and a quiet residential block. The detached bonus room doubles as a home gym (free weights, yoga mats, resistance bands) and a quiet escape pod. Brand-new double-pane windows keep the inside hushed.

One last thing: I styled this home around how I actually like to travel. The little welcome touches you'll find inside are not staging — they're how I'd want to be greeted at a place I just paid to stay in.

You'll have full private access to the entire property — the main house with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, the detached bonus room with the home gym, the fenced backyard, and the patio. No shared spaces, no other guests on the property.

The only off-limits area is the "Owner's Closet," which is clearly marked and kept locked.

I won't be on-site, but I'm one message away — usually back within an hour. After you book, I'll send a curated guide with the restaurants, shops, and weekend plans I actually use myself. There's also a welcome book in the house with everything else.

If something comes up during your stay, just text or message me — I'd rather solve it in the moment than have you write about it after.

You’ll find several beaches within a 10-minute drive, and walkable access to Antique Row, known for its nationally acclaimed shops and charming, historic vibe. Upscale dining and shopping in Palm Beach, Worth Avenue’s Rodeo Drive-style flair, and the iconic Breakers hotel are also nearby.

Having a car is the easiest way to explore all that WPB offers — from beaches and parks to shopping and dining.

Palm Tran buses and local trolleys offer budget-friendly options

Uber/Lyft are also reliable — perfect for nights out without worrying about who’s driving
