Jackson Village Charm (~5 Minutes) A five-minute drive brings you into the heart of Jackson, often called the most picturesque village in New England.
You can drive through the famous "Honeymoon" Covered Bridge, grab a coffee at a local cafe, or walk the scenic loops around Jackson Falls. It’s a village that feels frozen in time but offers high-quality dining and world-class cross-country skiing.

If you’re here for the mountains, you couldn’t be better placed. We are centrally located between several major ski resorts, meaning you can choose your mountain based on the day's conditions. For hikers, the neighborhood offers easy access to the White Mountain National Forest, including favorites like Diana's Baths and Glen Ellis Falls.
Peaceful but Accessible
While we enjoy a serene, natural setting, we are far from isolated. The Red Fox Bar & Grille—a local staple for family dinners—is just 5 minutes away. If you’re looking for the excitement of North Conway’s outlet shopping, breweries, and the Conway Scenic Railroad, a 20-minute drive gets you right into the center of the action.
🚗 Car required — a vehicle is necessary to explore the White Mountains. Public transit doesn't really exist out here.

Guest Limit – Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults. This home is best suited for families and groups looking to relax and enjoy the river together.
Minimum Age – The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Photo ID may be requested.
River Safety – The Ellis River is a natural river, and water levels and currents vary throughout the year, especially in the spring and after heavy rainfall. Children should always be supervised near the water. River access is at your own risk.
Bathrooms – The home includes 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom. The full bathroom contains the home's only shower. Please keep this in mind when booking for larger groups.
Woodstove – Firewood is not provided for your stay during the appropriate season. Instructions are available in the home. Please be sure to follow the instructions carefully.
Heating & Cooling – The home has reliable central heating. The home has window A/C on the main living space and in each bedroom upstairs. Note the first floor bedroom cools with the window unit located in the living room, which effectively cools the entire first floor.
Security – One exterior Ring doorbell camera monitors the front entrance for security and guest arrivals. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor spaces.
House Rules – No pets, smoking, vaping, parties, or unregistered overnight guests.
Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
