Welcome to your Intervale chalet — a fully remodeled mountain home tucked in the pines and built for easy summer trips with the family
(and the dog). Three levels, three queens, and a setup that just works whether you're here to hit the lake, hike, or wander North Conway.

🏠 Entry Level

A comfy lounge with sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and a half bath — a great kid/teen hangout, second movie zone, or rainy-day arcade
spot. Step right outside to the private, covered hot tub, ready year-round (covered means weather doesn't slow you down — soak in a summer rainstorm or under the stars in February).

🏠 Main Level

The heart of the home. Vaulted ceilings, big windows, an open layout, and a queen bedroom with full bathroom right there. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for big breakfasts, easy weeknight dinners, and lazy mornings with the coffee maker (Keurig + drip — we covered both camps). Gas fireplace for cool spring/fall evenings if you want it, and a dining table built for a real sit-down meal together.

🏠 Upstairs

Another queen bedroom with a dedicated workspace (for those "I swear I'm working from the mountains" days), plus a loft with a third queen bed — easy setup for families, two couples with kids, or a small group of friends.

The deck has seating and a propane grill (propane provided) — perfect for grilling dinner after a day at the lake or on the trails. The backyard fire pit is ready for s'mores and slow evenings when

Guests have full, private access to the entire chalet — all three levels, the deck, the backyard, the covered hot tub, fire pit and the arcade. The driveway fits multiple vehicles, so park the car and let the trip begin.

🔑 Self check-in with a smart lock. You'll get your unique code and arrival details ahead of your stay — no key handoff, no meeting up,
no waiting around. Pull in and walk right in.

We give guests their space and stay out of the way, but we're a quick message away through the Airbnb app, text, or phone if you need anything — local recs, a quick how-does-this-work question,
or anything that comes up. We know the area well and are happy to help you make the most of your stay.

Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 small dogs or 1 large dog allowed—please include pets in your reservation.

Fireplace: Propane fireplace is controlled by a wall timer—do not attempt to open or adjust the unit.

Hot Tub: Available year-round. Please review and follow hot tub guidelines in the house manual. Before entering, take a quick water-only rinse/shower (no soap). Please avoid wearing swimsuits or clothing washed with detergent or fabric softener, as residue can cause foaming and water imbalance.

Quiet Hours: 10PM–8AM to maintain a peaceful experience for all guests and neighbors.

Parking: Driveway parking available for multiple vehicles.

Winter Travel: 4WD or AWD recommended during snowy months.

Winter Outdoor Access: During winter months, the fire pit, deck, and grill may be inaccessible due to snow and ice.
