Wake up with Bear Lake just outside your windows at Beachfront Haven, a spacious 6-bedroom, 6-bath lakefront retreat in the private, gated Eden Ranch community on Bear Lake’s peaceful east side. With room for up to 18 guests, this home is an incredible setting for families and groups looking to spend their vacation together: with the lake, beach, recreation, and plenty of room to spread out right outside the door.

The lake is the centerpiece here. Step onto the expansive lake-facing deck, cross the large grassy backyard, and you're at the shoreline. From the deck, you can see and hear the water along the beach while taking in sweeping views across Bear Lake and beautiful sunsets over the mountains.

The east-side shoreline is rocky and sandy rather than muddy, with deeper water nearby that's particularly convenient for swimming and boating.

Lakefront Outdoor Living
Huge windows and sliding glass doors keep Bear Lake in view throughout the home's main gathering spaces, but you'll probably find yourself spending just as much time outside.
The expansive upper deck overlooks the lake and offers plenty of room to relax, grill, eat together, or simply settle into a chair and listen to the water along the shoreline. Downstairs, a covered patio opens directly to the large grassy backyard, giving kids room to play and everyone plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.
At the beach, gather around the outdoor fire pit for an evening fire and s'mores with Bear Lake and the mountains as your backdrop.
And after swimming or playing on the beach, there's no need to walk through the house wet or sandy.
A lower-level bathroom has its own exterior door facing the lake, allowing you to walk in directly from outside, shower, change, grab a fresh towel, and head right back to the beach.
Think of it as the convenience of an outdoor beach shower—only indoors.

Exceptional Boat Access
If you're bringing a boat, Beachfront Haven's location is especially hard to beat.
Guests have access to Eden Ranch's private community boat ramp, just a short distance from the home. The ramp provides direct access to Bear Lake, and the deeper water along this side of the lake makes getting out for a day of boating particularly convenient.
The community also provides a large designated parking area for vehicles and boat trailers during the day while you're out using your boat. Please note that this area is for temporary daytime use and is not available for overnight or long-term boat or trailer parking.
Launch the boat, spend the day on Bear Lake, and come home to your own lakefront retreat.

Pickleball, Tennis & Basketball
There's plenty to do without leaving the gated community.
Guests have access to Eden Ranch's impressive recreation area featuring pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts with Bear Lake as the backdrop.
The home even provides equipment for the courts, making it easy to get a game going without packing your own gear.
Between the beach, lake, large lawn, courts, Ping-Pong, games, and children's spaces, there's something here for nearly every age.

Made for Families to Gather
Inside, the main level opens into a bright, spacious great room centered around the incredible lake view.
A wall of windows and an oversized sliding glass door look across the deck to Bear Lake, filling the room with natural light and bringing the lake into the living space. Settle into the large sectional around the fireplace and TV, or step through the sliding doors and onto the deck.
The open kitchen is designed for cooking and gathering together, with generous counter space, stainless steel appliances, a large island with additional seating, and an adjacent dining table. The kitchen, dining area, and great room share one large open space, so the group can stay together even while meals are being prepared.

A Lower Level Made for Fun
Downstairs provides another large gathering space where guests can spread out without feeling separated from the rest of the group.
Challenge someone to Ping-Pong, settle into the seating area, pull out one of the board games or books, or step through the sliding doors directly onto the covered patio, lawn, and lakefront.
This level also provides the beach-access bathroom, making it especially convenient during days spent going back and forth between the house and water.

A Space Just for the Kids
Younger guests get much more than just a place to sleep.
The oversized bunk room doubles as a kids' hangout and play space, with bunks, beanbags, toys, a toddler-sized table and chairs, and plenty of room to play.
It gives kids a place that feels like their own while providing adults with plenty of gathering space elsewhere in the home—a great setup for vacations with multiple families and generations.

Six Bedrooms & Six Bathrooms
With six bedrooms and six bathrooms, Beachfront Haven offers something particularly valuable for large groups: room to be together without everyone competing for bedrooms, bathrooms, and personal space.
Several bedrooms take advantage of the lakefront setting with beautiful Bear Lake views, while others look toward the mountains and surrounding community.

The oversized sixth bedroom serves as the home's bunk room and children's space.
While the available beds can physically accommodate more people, Eden Ranch HOA rules strictly limit occupancy to a maximum of 18 people on the property at any time.

A Relaxing Primary Suite
The primary suite offers a comfortable retreat of its own, highlighted by a spacious ensuite bathroom.
Soak in the large tub after a day on the lake or enjoy the oversized tiled walk-in shower, complete with a frameless glass enclosure, pebble-stone floor, built-in bench, and handheld shower.
Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and frame the mountains surrounding Bear Lake's east side.

Work From Bear Lake
Need to fit a little work into a longer getaway? Beachfront Haven includes two office spaces and high-speed internet, making it possible to work remotely while the rest of the family enjoys the lake.

The home also includes central air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, streaming-capable TVs for use with your own accounts, and two washers and dryers- especially useful for longer stays and days spent on the water.

Garage, Parking & EV Charging
Guests have access to the home's large garage, including a Level 2 electric vehicle charger.
Parking is limited by the HOA to a maximum of 7 vehicles, including up to 2 boat trailers. RVs are not permitted.
The separate community boat-parking area near the ramp may be used during the day while actively boating but cannot be used for overnight or long-term trailer storage.

A Quieter Side of Bear Lake
Beachfront Haven is located within Eden Ranch, a private gated residential community on Bear Lake's peaceful east side.
Here, you can enjoy a quieter lakefront setting away from the busiest parts of Bear Lake while remaining within an easy drive of Garden City and the area's restaurants, shopping, golf, famous raspberry shakes, and other attractions.
This is a home for mornings on the deck, long days on the water, kids playing on the lawn, family dinners overlooking the lake, and evenings around the beach fire.

Important Community Information
Eden Ranch is a private residential community, and HOA rules are strictly enforced.
Maximum occupancy is 18 people on the property at any time, regardless of the number of available beds. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.
Parking is limited to 7 vehicles, including up to 2 boat trailers. RVs are not permitted, and ATVs are not allowed on the property or beach.
The community boat-parking area is available for daytime use while actively boating only and may not be used for overnight or long-term parking.
Eden Ranch is a newer community, and construction may occasionally be underway on neighboring properties. Guests should stay clear of active construction areas.

Short drive to Laketown’s small town center (Bear Lake Blvd) and to Garden City’s tourist services; a mix of full‑time residents and vacation homes. Key nearby points: Bear Lake State Park beaches and boat ramps (Rendezvous, Cisco, South Eden), Eastward in Eden glamping and several private ranch/retreat properties. Expect panoramic lake views, open skies, and a recreational, family‑friendly atmosphere during summer; minimal nightlife and limited shopping in town.

Transport characteristics & local mobility
- Most travel is by private car; driveability and parking are straightforward at the property. UT‑30/US‑89 and Cisco Road are the main local routes to beaches and neighboring towns.
- Public transit is minimal within Rich County; the area is not served by regional frequent bus service, visitors generally drive from Logan, Logan‑area transit, or regional airports.
