We're excited to share that we've completely remodeled the primary bathroom in 2023 and kitchen in 2024. New tile on floors and walls, new vanity, and a new shower in the bathroom. All new cabinets, countertops, and appliances in the kitchen. We've also upgraded to a modern Air Conditioning system. Air Conditioning is in both bedrooms and the living room, which allows you to cool and dehumidify the condo.

The Happy Turtle Condo is privately owned and managed, unlike many in this location. We take great pride in offering a modern, updated stay for our guests. You will be renting directly from the owners, and we will do everything we can to make your stay much more than comfortable!

You will have full, private access to the 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom condo! Guests are also able to take advantage of the heated, saltwater pool, sport area (pickle ball, basketball and shuffleboard), and poolside BBQ Grills.

There is a registration desk should you have any immediate questions, and we are available via phone and Airbnb to assist you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any concerns!

Lihue is a fantastic, central location! You are minutes from the airport, several beaches, Poipu and Kapa’a. There are restaurants in walking distance (Noka Grill, Dukes, Harbor Mall), and many others just a short drive away. Down Rice St. you’ll find local coffee shops (Ha! Coffee is our favorite!), a local brewery, and some fantastic restaurants and bars.

The Happy Turtle is located close to many shops and restaurants (plus a swimmable, fun beach!)

You will need to go down stairs in order to get into the condo. The condo itself is single-story, but is located downstairs in a private alcove. Kauai is known for it's roosters; if you are a light sleeper we recommend ear plugs, a sound machine, or embracing the roosters and enjoy the sunrise on the lanai! There is currently construction in front of our condo and we are trying our best to keep the photos as updated as possible so you know what to expect.
