Adjacent to the great room, discover a tranquil wood-floored bedroom and sitting area, complete with an expansive closet. A queen-sized bed, snug reading nook, and a functional desk occupy this space, complemented by its private wooden deck accessible through sliding doors. Two skylights flood the area with natural light, adjustable with shades at your preference for an ideal ambiance.

A bonus loft extends over the kitchen and bathroom area, offering a queen futon and abundant storage options. Please note the stairs to the lot are steep, require some climbing, and are not suitable for those with limited mobility.

Guests have access to the entire building and adjacent outdoor areas but not the outdoor storage shed.

The unit has a window evaporative cooler in the main room and a wall gas heater in the bedroom and main room. The cooler works most effectively if you crack a door or window in the area(s) you want the air to travel as it works on positive pressure.
