We welcome both short and mid-term bookings. If you're planning an extended visit (for work, travel, or family), feel free to message us directly — we’re happy to chat about flexible stays.

🚗 Parking for our unit is street parking anywhere available - including the side parking lot by the park (parking restricts are not enforced and it is regularly used for overnight parking).
Upon special request for electric car charging, we may be able to accomodate driveway parking and access to car charge - both J1772 and Tesla availabe. Please let us know in advance if you will need access to car charging amenities!

Southpoint is a car-friendly neighborhood with easy access to major routes — just 2 minutes from the Trans-Canada Highway (Hwy 1) for quick trips around Langford or into downtown Victoria (about 25 minutes away).

Free street parking is available right outside the suite, including along the side street by the park.

If you’re exploring locally, many amenities like Langford Lake, Starlight Stadium, and Westshore Town Centre are just a short drive away.
Prefer to walk? There are beautiful walking paths and trails nearby for daily strolls or morning jogs.

Public transit is also available within walking distance, connecting you to key spots around Langford and greater Victoria.
