LIVING SPACE
Kick off your shoes, claim a spot on the sofa, and pick up the show you left on a cliffhanger. The living area has a 55-inch TV with Roku and basic cable; bring your own streaming logins. Wi-Fi is included, and the dining table can double as a place to open your laptop between outings.

Separate mini-splits in the living area and each bedroom have individual remotes, so you can adjust the room you’re using.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
• Primary bedroom: one queen bed and an ensuite bathroom.
• Second bedroom: one queen bed.

Explore together, then call it a night on your own schedule. Each bedroom has a queen bed, with space for up to four guests across the home. No nightly sofa-bed shuffle required. Extra towels and bedding are kept in the hall closet.

BATHROOMS
Keep the morning bathroom negotiations to a minimum. Both bathrooms have showers and grab bars, and the primary bedroom has its own ensuite.

KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY
Make the first cup before making any plans. The Keurig comes with K-Cups, and the kitchen has an electric stove, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with an ice maker. Cookware, dishes, and utensils for four make eating in an option—though we’ll happily point you toward a local meal worth going out for.

Pack a little lighter: the stacked washer and dryer in the closet off the kitchen are free for guests to use.

PRIVATE YARD
Step outside into a yard that’s yours for the stay. There’s no shared access, so this little piece of central Tucson belongs to your group.

LOCATION AND PARKING
Follow your plans—or leave a little room to wander. Casa Acero’s central Tucson location makes a useful base for University of Arizona visits, an outing to Tucson Botanical Gardens, or a day at Reid Park Zoo. Banner – University Medical Center Tucson is also nearby. A car is useful for getting around, and we’re happy to help you work a few local favorites into the itinerary.

Two vehicles can park for free in the off-street gravel area. Entry is through a keypad gate and a separate keypad at the home; we’ll share the access instructions privately before arrival.

DOG POLICY
One dog under 25 pounds is welcome with prior approval and a $50 pet fee per stay.
