Located in the quiet and centrally located Peter Howell neighborhood, the home features private off-street parking, a smart lock with a unique door code for self check-in, and a spacious layout perfect for relaxing or working remotely.

The backyard is shared with a separate tiny house that is also rented as a short-term rental. Each unit has its own entrance, private door code, and designated seating area to ensure privacy and comfort.

Just minutes from the University of Arizona, Reid Park, and downtown Tucson, this peaceful retreat is ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking to explore the best of the city.
