During your stay you'll have the entire guesthouse casita to yourself. Enjoy complete privacy from the main house on the same property that is also rented out, and has its own separate entrance and parking. The backyard and laundry room are shared with main house guests, but they have their own patio areas to enjoy.

There is a driveway to the east (left) of the casita for parking, which fits 2 cars, and from here you're just steps to the U of A, and minutes to local grocery stores, retail shops, breweries, museums, parks, and the vibrant city center. This historic home is full of charm and not to be missed. Perfect for couples and solo travelers, this home in the heart of Tucson has everything you need for a safe, peaceful getaway.

Your hosts Bree & Bear do not live on the property but we do live right down the street and can be reached by message or phone between the hours of 8AM-9PM Tucson time.

Located in the Sam Hughes Historic District, this is one of Tucson’s most walkable and bike-friendly neighborhoods. The area blends quiet residential streets with a strong University of Arizona presence, making it easy to access campus, restaurants, and coffee shops without needing a car.

The University of Arizona is just a few blocks away, and Banner University Medical Center and downtown Tucson are both a short drive. Himmel Park is nearby for walking, running, and outdoor recreation.

Local dining and coffee options are easy to reach, including Time Market, 5 Points Market & Restaurant, and Exo Roast Co. for coffee. You’ll also find popular spots like Tumerico, The Parish, and Tito & Pep within a short drive.
