The fully-loaded kitchen has everything you need and more so you can prepare & serve all the meals your heart desires including dinnerware, flatware, drinkware, pots & pans, knife block, small appliances and more.

Enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning from the drip coffee machine, complementary coffee, creamer & sweetener. Or if tea is your vibe, we got you covered with an assortment of herbal teas.

Walk out onto the covered patio & fully-enclosed private backyard where you will find outdoor dining, ambient lighting and a propane grill.

The master bedroom en suite includes a king-sized bed, dedicated workspace with chair, wall-mounted smart TV, large double closet with plenty of shelving and hanging bars and attached, private bathroom. The bathroom features a gorgeous walk-in shower, marble countertops and vanity stocked with all of the bathroom essentials you will need.

Down the hall you will find an additional bathroom with a tub/shower combo, laundry room with full-sized washer & dryer (including complimentary laundry supplies) and the guest bedroom furnished with a queen-sized bed and double closet with hanging bars and lots of shelving for storing all of your belongings.

The city of Scottsdale limits the number of occupants staying at a short-term vacation rental to 6 adults plus their related dependent children.

Guests will have access to the entire condo (except for a few locked cabinets), the private, enclosed backyard/patio, 2 dedicated parking spaces and the community pool.

**PLEASE NOTE- the community pool is NOT heated. The pool is usually at swimmable temps (mid 70’s - mid 80’s) from June - Sept. Even though we can have warm winter days, the nighttime lows are what affects the pool water temperature. It’s is likely the pool water will range from the 40’s - 70’s during the winter months (Oct - May).
