⚜️ There are four separate bedrooms, each with a real bed, three kings and one queen - with doors that close, curtains that block light, and just enough space between rooms that no one’s whispering at night.
The beds are big, the ceilings are tall, and you’ll sleep like you meant to book a nice place.

⚜️ Then there are three full bathrooms, which means your group can actually get ready at the same time, no waiting, no awkward “I just need to brush my teeth” moments.
Everything is freshly updated, clean, and working exactly the way it should.

⚜️ The living area is wide open, big leather sofas, Smart TV, and the perfect perch for a glass of Plavac Mali while the square buzzes below.
There’s a Smart TV and strong Wi-Fi, but most of your time will probably be spent sitting by the window, watching the square below come alive.

⚜️ The kitchen is full-sized, with a dining table that fits the whole crew.
There’s also a washer and dryer, so you don’t have to pack for every single day.

Split’s Old Town is where the city truly lives. Built within the ancient walls of Diocletian’s Palace, it’s a lively mix of stone streets, cafés, wine bars, local life, and 1,700 years of history.

Step outside and you’re instantly immersed, morning coffees, musicians in the square, and evenings that flow from aperitivo to late dinners. Narodni trg is one of the area’s favorite gathering spots, vibrant by day and atmospheric at night.

Everything is within easy walking distance: the Riva promenade, ferries, beaches, markets, museums, and some of Split’s best restaurants. Staying here means you don’t just see Split, you live it.

⚜️ This is a second-floor walk-up in a 400-year-old building. There’s no elevator, but that’s part of the Old Town experience. We like to think of the stairs as included cardio, and the views as well earned.

⚜️ Old Town is pedestrian-only, which is part of its charm. There’s no on-site parking, but you’ll receive clear, step-by-step directions to the nearest easy-access parking options.
