Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an inviting open plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The well-equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary needs, allowing you to indulge in the joy of cooking. Unwind and immerse yourself in the cozy living area, complete with a smart TV.

The bedroom exudes a delightful ambiance, adorned with ample natural light and featuring a comfortable queen size bed, perfect for accommodating up to two guests.

Indulge in the bathroom (ensuite), offering a shower and toilet. Additionally, in this room is a convenient washing machine and dryer are provided for your convenience.

Please note that the access to the apartment is via a few flights of stairs, as there are no lifts available on the premises.

The property is equipped with a 50 litre hot water unit. This will provide 6 minutes of continuous hot water before requiring time to heat again.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

There is a car park area around the back of the building and is number 12.
The car park 12 is the closest car park to the building (near the clothesline). Please refer to House manual.
