The home uses non-toxic and chemical free cleaning supplies, soaps, and detergents, amenable to those with allergies and/or chemical sensitivities.

The Rabbit Hole is a family friendly, transitional-modern 3 bedroom suite with some fun surprises sprinkled in for the children and a large backyard for your pup to roam around.

Please note - this is a lower/garden level private guest suite in a raised ranch, with a private entrance. Owner lives upstairs. One flight of stairs down to the unit.

Login to your favorite streaming service and enjoy a fully immersive movie experience on the Klipsch Heritage Home Theater Bar. The in ceiling speakers and sub-woofer round out the sound experience so you can enjoy movie night with friends & family. Guests can also configure the sectional in multiple arrangements or create a giant daybed for movie night!

★★ THE RABBIT ROOM ★★

Children will love the Rabbit Room under the stairs where they'll find some toys and fun lights to play with, books to read, comfy pillows and blanket for an afternoon nap. It's also large enough for an overnight sleep for a child and boasts an incredibly comfortable extra firm organic latex mattress.

★★ OUTDOOR SPACE ★★

The Rabbit Hole offers a peaceful retreat with a private backyard patio, cozy seating, and a fire pit perfect for enjoying mornings or warm evenings. It’s an inviting spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy some fresh air. Owner's private deck is located on the upper level.

Air Conditioning and Heater is shared with the owners, however we want our guests to be comfortable at all times. The NEST thermostat is located upstairs in the owners' living quarters but guests will be able to control the temperature via the provided iPad. Extra space heaters and fans are provided for each bedroom.

Enjoy GOTS and/or Oeko-Tex certified linens, and made from all natural fabrics, like 100% cotton, wool and flax linen, promoting purity, comfort and breathability.

The Rabbit Hole is perfect for groups of 2-6 people but has enough creative sleeping options to sleep 8 people, depending on your group's sleeping preferences.

The large modular sofa can be attached to form an extra sleeping space and small children can sleep comfortably in the Rabbit Room. We also have an extra queen air mattress. Please let us know if your group consists of more than 6 people.

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire garden-level suite, accessible through a private entrance through the garage. Owner lives in the upper part of the house. One owner's closet will be locked in the master bedroom, but guests will have access to the other closet. Shared BBQ Grill is available for guests.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized access code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 3 vehicles on-site, including 1 garage space which includes an EV charger. There is also plenty of free street parking available.

✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with complimentary toiletries, coffee, tea, spices, and oil.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: High-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the first bedroom.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n play/travel crib, children’s books and toys, children’s dinnerware, changing table, baby monitor, baby bath (some baby items are upon request) and babysitter recommendations available.

✹ Given that this is a shared house, you may see the owner coming and going from time to time or hear me upstairs. Owner's upper deck area overlooks guests lower patio area, in the backyard. BBQ Grill is located on the upper deck and available for guests to use, upon request.

We live in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. The main road does see a fair amount of traffic in the morning and late afternoon for an hour or two. There will be a couple of hours during the day where cars can be heard driving down the road. However, it is a one lane, neighborhood road each way and all the windows downstairs are double layered to help insulate sound.

The neighborhood has a few walkable trails. Generally you will need a vehicle to get around, Uber and Lyft are always available. You'll have plenty of parking including 1 garage space and 2 driveway spaces, plus street parking during the day.

To maintain allergy-friendly standards, our cleaning team performs a specialized deep clean after every pet stay. Our pet fee is $50/night (1 dog max).

Please note: As a garden-level suite, you may hear occasional footsteps from the owner upstairs, though we adhere to quiet hours to ensure your stay is peaceful.
