Weekend sleep Quarters, 5 Mins from Downtown

Come and stay in my sunny Dance Studio. I work as a full time dance teacher and have decided to convert my personal studio into a Sleeping quarters when I'm not using it to teach dance. Your room has it's own dedicated key and lockbox.

Your bathroom is shared with our other Airbnb guests and our occasional house guests. We deep clean it at least 2x per week and tidy it daily.

Our home is a pet sanctuary. We have 2 dogs and several indoor/outdoor kitties. You will likely be greeted by our loving porch kitties. We work very hard to make your space free from fur and we keep an air purifier running. If you have severe pet allergies, this may not be the best fit.

***Please let us know PRIOR to your arrival if you prefer that we set up our queen size air mattress or futon. If no preference is noted, we will set up just the air mattress.

You're welcome to hang out in the back yard and have a meal and/or drinks on our picnic table. Our 2 dogs are sometimes in the backyard and they love to make new friends and they will likely greet you.

Mini Beverage cooler provided. I you need a larger cooler we're happy to provide one upon request.

You may request to rent one of our bicycles for $15 per day. Includes a helmet and lock.

If you are a musician, you're welcome to tinker with my musical toys. Including guitar, ukulele, congas and more. Just be mindful of other guests.

You have access to your room, shared bathroom, and back yard. We prefer that you do not or use our kitchen and living areas as these are our sacred places.

You may request to rent a bicycle or 2 from us.

We have several loved fur-babies. When you arrive you will likely see a few kitties chilling on the porch. Our two pups love to hang out in the back yard and enjoy making friends with our guests. If you prefer to limit your interaction with them, please let us know and we will do our best to bring them inside for you.

However please note that they are outside often & sometimes we are not always home to bring then inside. So if you’re at all nervous about dogs & plan on staying more than one day, this may not be the most comfortable fit for you.

Our kitties mostly hang out on the porch, front yard and front part of our home. They bring our guest tons of joy. We work very hard to clean our home daily (as I'm actually allergic to pet dander, lol). We try to keep your area free from pet fur and dander and have air purifiers running at all times. However, if you have a several pet allergy, this may not be the best fit.

We host other Airbnb guests in our amazing/colorful home. We will occasionally let a friend crash in one of our spare bedrooms.

My wife and I live have rich, full lives and we ask you to note that we will occasionally have guests over. If you are a super light sleeper, we can not guarantee that you will not hear us in our own home.
