As a guest at Hawthorne Grove, you’ll have the entire tiny house to yourself. Located in the peaceful and centrally located Peter Howell neighborhood, the unit has a private entrance, designated off-street parking, and a unique key code for self check-in.

The backyard is shared with the main house, but you’ll have your own patio and seating area to relax and enjoy the desert landscape.

Just minutes from local grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and the University of Arizona, this thoughtfully designed space is ideal for solo travelers or couples. While the tiny house is well laid out and cozy, it may feel snug for guests over 6 feet tall.
