The yard offers a relaxed setting for swimming, grilling, or enjoying Tucson’s warm evenings and mountain views.

Please do not use glass near the pool area.

Blenman-Elm is one of Tucson’s long-established residential neighborhoods, developed in the early 20th century as the city expanded east of downtown. Known for its mature mesquite trees, wide streets, and mix of Spanish Revival and ranch-style homes, the area feels quiet and lived-in rather than busy. You’re just minutes from the University of Arizona, Banner UMC, and local restaurants, while still enjoying a calm, residential setting.

Tres Palmas is centrally located with quick access to the University of Arizona, downtown Tucson, and nearby medical centers. Most guests choose to drive, but rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. The neighborhood is bike-friendly, and campus is just a short ride away. Free street parking is typically available directly in front of the home.
