Check-in: 15:00 | Check-out: 10:00

This stunning 1950s single story 2 bed/1 bath home received a complete remodel in 2021 to become a chic industrial-modern pad! It's just a few blocks from downtown Temp, ASU's gorgeous campus and all of the hot spots in Tempe.

You'll love the peaceful neighborhood and its unique lush green yards, mature fir and citrus trees in your back yard. Feel free to soak in the hot tub and pick your fill of oranges, grapefruits, lemons and limes (season permitting)!

We have included a large smart TV with free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+ and blazing fast 1GB fiber internet connection. The AC is also brand new. The dining, kitchen and living area boast an open concept that is tastefully designed, furnished and decorated for maximum relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen has quartz counters and stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with utensils and spices so you can save money by preparing meals at home.

The new beds & high thread count sheets are of the best quality and selected with your comfort in mind. While you have completely private access and exclusive use of the main house, there is another tenant living in the attached casita (guest house). You also have access to the shared backyard and a laundry room with coin-operated washer and dryer that is shared with the other apartment on the same property.

We trust you'll love your stay and hope that you truly feel at home. Mi casa es su casa!
