Known as "Hearthstone" House this charming historic lake house was built in 1835. The wide board floors and low ceilings give it a cozy farmhouse feel but with modern amenities like central air conditioning. Fantastic lake views from every room. Spectacular waterfront (175 feet) has a stone fireplace and two wade in natural beaches. There are four kayaks and sunfish sailboat available for your use. Rent a larger boat down the road at the marina or bring your own and park it at the private waterfront dock.
Large back yard offers plenty of room for the kids to play. A hot tub to enjoy with the view of Canandaigua Lake. A private lake view patio is nestled off the kitchen and is a relaxing spot to drink your morning coffee or enjoy a meal with the family. Gather on the large, enclosed porch - play a game, read a book, or gaze over the lake. The game room offers a TV, billiards table and darts. There is a couch and murphy bed in here as well. Hookup your laptop
computer to the office workstation with monitors, keyboard and mouse if you need to work a little.
