-In very close proximity to yacht hire, sailing lessons, diving schools, wind surfing, kayaking ,skiing, rafting, jet ski and bike hire. The position of the place provides an excellent starting point for exploring the area: old town Kotor, and Dubrovnik (in Croatia), both UNESCO sites, are 45 min drive away. Old town offers historical places of interest.

Herceg Novi’s Old Town is best explored on foot – cobbled streets, hidden stairways, and charming squares are all within walking distance. The beach is just a 7-minute walk away, and you’ll find grocery shops, restaurants, cafés, banks, and pharmacies close by.

Public buses and taxis are available for trips to nearby towns like Igalo, Meljine, or further along the coast. You can also take a boat from the nearby marina for day trips across the bay – a great way to visit places like Perast or Kotor.

✔ Parking in the Old Town is limited, but paid spots are available nearby
✔ For longer stays, guests can park at our private property about 5 km away
✔ Need help getting around? We can help organise local transfers and excursions
✔ We are pleased to inform you that before arrival we will send you digital guide book for your convenience. This guidebook contains all the necessary information regarding your arrival, departure, appliance usage, city information, restaurant recommendations, and attractions. Rest assured, it's all there for your reference.
✔Navigation: After booking, guests will receive a direct Google Maps pin and step-by-step arrival instructions with photos, which should be followed for an easy arrival.
✔ WiFi is suitable for general use such as browsing and messaging.
✔ Visitors to Montenegro holding a passport of any kind other than Montenegrin are subject to a daily tourist tax , which comes out to:

- €0.5 for children ages 12 - 18
- children up to 12 years do not pay.

✔ Access & Mobility
Our property is located in a charming historic/residential area, which means some parts of the access include stairs.
Guests manage without difficulty, but we kindly note that it may be less suitable for guests with limited mobility.
We always provide clear step-by-step arrival instructions to make check-in as easy as possible.

✔ Cleaning & Linen
For the comfort of our guests, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival, and fresh linen and towels are provided.
For stays longer than 7 nights, fresh linen and towels are changed every 7 days.
Additional cleaning or extra linen changes can be arranged upon request.

✔Location & Ambient Noise
The apartment is located on a quiet side street, set back from the main road, which generally provides a peaceful atmosphere.
However, during the summer season, when the city is at its busiest, we cannot guarantee complete silence at all times, as occasional ambient city sounds may still be present

✔Parking Information
Due to the extremely central location — just steps from the main square, Old Town, and key attractions — parking availability on nearby streets can be limited, especially during the summer season.
All parking spaces in this area are paid public parking, managed by the city.
For guests who prefer a guaranteed and stress-free option, the main city parking garage is highly recommended, as spaces are almost always available, even during high season.

Street Parking:
Parking on the street above the building is permit-restricted.
Guests may park on the street by purchasing a parking ticket:
• €0.70 per hour
• €6 per day
Longer Stays:
For guests staying several days, there is an option to park the car in our private yard, located approximately 5 km from the apartment.
Please note that this option is not convenient for daily car use and is mainly chosen by guests who prefer to reduce parking and travel expenses.
Important Notice:
Please do not park in front of the Kanli Kula Fortress for more than 15 minutes, as vehicles may be clamped or towed.
