The apartment is located in the luxurious Garden of Eden complex in Sveti Vlas. It has 8 outdoor pools, beautiful green spaces and even a private beach in the sun. On the golden beach you will also find a bar where you can enjoy delicious drinks from morning to dusk. It will be an unforgettable vacation!

The apartment consists of:
- a living room with a new sofa bed
- a kitchenette with a fridge, oven, ceramic hob, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine and microwave
- dining room with a table for 4 people
- a bedroom with a double bed
- bathrooms with a bathtub
- utility room with washing machine and boiler
- a sunny balcony with a garden set and a perfect view of the sea and the pool

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of the OLIVIA building. Its undeniable advantage is a panoramic sea view and a sunny balcony.

As part of the stay in the apartment, you have FREE access to 8 outdoor pools, sun loungers by the pools, a heavenly garden with pomegranates, kiwi and kakis.

For a fee, you can use the SPA: indoor swimming pool, gym, massages, as well as a hairdresser and a beautician. In addition, an additional fee is a bouncy castle for children, 3 restaurants and 3 bars.

The parking lot is also charged extra. If you want to use it, please contact me after booking.

A large resort with many outdoor pools, bars and restaurants. It is located on the very seashore, next to a sandy beach that can be reached by elevator. There is also a supermarket within the complex.

The elegant Marina Dinevi is in the immediate vicinity, and for active people - numerous hiking paths in the surrounding forests and mountains.

Best available means of transport:

- taxi

We suggest you go on foot or by city bus, airport bus or electric vehicles.

The first valuable note: the time on the timetable is NOT the time of arrival of the bus at a specific stop. This is the time the line starts from the first stop on the route.

Second valuable note: We do NOT encourage you to use a taxi, because they are quite expensive. When getting in, it is worth asking about the amount of travel to the destination.

ATTENTION:
1. You can only smoke on the balcony. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited and is subject to a fine according to the apartment regulations.
2. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00 and during the day from 14:00 to 16:00 (the so-called "chauffeur").
3. Dogs are usually accepted by us, but please contact us before booking so that we can explain the rules of the Garden of Eden.
4. The hotel reception does NOT issue keys. The key will be waiting for you in a KeyBox by the door.

It is possible to purchase meals at the hotel:
- breakfast (14 BGN* between 7:30 - 10:00)
- lunch (24 BGN* between 12:00 - 14:00)
- dinner (30 BGN* between 18:00 - 20:00)
